I accidentally ordered the wrong watch. It was was late at night/after hours, so I emailed customer service hoping for a response before it shipped, and they fixed the wrong watch to the correct one and emailed me back before I even woke the next morning. Excellent customer service! The watch arrived a few short days later beautifully packed and I love it! It’s beautiful, it keeps time well and I was able to adjust it to my perfect size. Overall a great purchasing experience and I couldn’t be happier with the watch!!! I wear it all the time! (Pun intended)

Hi Stephanie, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry that your initial return experience was frustrating and that the watch was smaller than you expected. After learning about the high return shipping cost from Germany, we worked with you to provide an alternative return address to help reduce the cost. We also offered to explore additional options, including providing a discounted return label if needed, as our goal was to find a solution that worked for you. We're pleased that you were able to send your return, and we'll continue to monitor your shipment until it reaches our returns facility so we can process your refund as quickly as possible. As a small and growing company, we're continuously improving our international return process, and feedback like yours is invaluable in helping us do better. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to assist and hope we've been able to make the process easier. Warm regards, Team Nuamōre 💙

Honestly, I was quite nervous ordering a watch off a social media ad, but turns out I had nothing to worry about. It did take a bit of time but that's normal with overseas shipping. While the product itself didn't work out for me, the customer service for the return process was top notch! Karla was extremely prompt, friendly and efficient in her assistance and the ability to track my return was very reassuring! I would not hesitate to purchase from Nuamore again in the future!
