Everything went well but the watch face is smaller than expected and the stupid tool was useless. I had to go to a store to size it.
Response from NuamoreAug 25, 2026
Hi Carol, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that everything else went well, but we’re sorry that the watch face was smaller than you expected and that you had difficulty using the sizing tool. We understand how frustrating it can be to need additional help to adjust your watch. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we’ll continue working to improve the sizing experience and our product presentation. Warm regards, Team Nuamōre 💙
