I placed an order through their website, but I never received the product or any updates regarding my order. I sent three emails, but they never responded, and their phone number is disconnected. There is no way to contact them about my order or to request a refund. I believe this website is a scam.

Do not trust - there is no customer service. I’ve got an order outstanding for a month that hasn’t yet been dispatched, even though I paid extra for express delivery! Emailed many times and I’m being ignored. Had products from them before and been pleased, but now spent a lot of money on a big order and I’ve been left with nothing. Very poor. Do not trust!!

This company has terrible customer support. They changed my order to a “pre-order” AFTER I placed it (when I ordered it stated that items were in stock). Then they insisted that this was always a pre order even though they had sent emails apologizing for defective products that was causing unexpected delay. Alternatively they said the website hadn’t been updated. They never got their story straight and just made up a bunch of bullshit to justify their complete lies. I spent weeks communicating with the support team and received the same pre-written reply back each time that never addressed the issue. They completely lack accountability and just lie lie lie. Don’t trust this company

I absolutely love Nuage! I’ve received multiple pairs of undergarments from them and every single piece is exactly as described. The customer service is phenomenal. You can tell each and everything they make is high quality and well thought out!

There unfortunately, was a problem with the new cloud panties. They were splitting along the sides, but Doris has promised a replacement pack, which I super appreciate and she went ahead and even sent a temporary type of product, but unfortunately, I don’t care for the fit of those I love the new cloud so I’m anxiously awaiting the fix!

They are a very accommodating company, I feel they are trustworthy and I really like their products. Their underwear, the thong, and the mid-rise are very comfortable, and forgiving.

I ordered the Malo rotating bookshelf and the Maddox Montessori shelves and I was disappointed with both. Firstly the Malo rotating bookshelf has four screw holes on the top shelf which looks ugly. None of the images of the rotating bookshelf on social media or the Internet show those four holes. When I asked Nuage interiors why is it so and is there a fix to make it look better, they replied saying that the manufacturer said that’s how it is and there’s no issue with it. If Nuage interiors are proud of their designs they should be very particular and have struct guidelines for it. Coming to the Madox Montessori shelves. The pieces came with some marks and apart from that there was also a small defect in one of the pieces. When I reported that issue they came back with offering a $50 refund, or sending just that new part. To which I also raised a concern saying that having to assemble it all by myself again, will be tedious as well as other screw holes will loosen, and also that paying $650 for that and getting only a $50 return with the defect being clearly visible is too less. They just ignored that comment and said okay we will give you the $50 and not the replacement part. After spending more than a thousand dollars on two pieces of furniture where both the pieces do not love up to the quality expectations, having to have assembled them on my own and getting such a reply was really unacceptable and disheartening.

Good ordering system, a bit slow on delivery but worth it for a great product.
