I love this company and their products. The NuCloud mid-rise panties are the bomb! Customer for life.

I think these underwear are fabulous. I was worried because they sent an apology email that they were delaying shipping them because there had been problems with the fabric at the “mid-strip” area not adhering well, but so far so good with the ones I received (after two watches). They are the most comfortable underwear I’ve gotten yet AND the lack of seams is kind of magical, as is how soft and lightweight they are. Love them!

LOVE the Nuage NuClouds! They are so comfy and fit me perfectly. I hate underwear shopping and I'm so happy with these. There's no shifting around, no wedgies; just comfy undies. I want to also mention that I received amazing communication and service from the company after a mishap with the bonding on a batch of NuClouds. Great care was taken to fix the problem and replacements were sent. Nuage even sent me some underwear in a different style to try while they worked out the bonding issue. I couldn't recommend Nuage more!

I absolutely love Nuage! I’ve received multiple pairs of undergarments from them and every single piece is exactly as described. The customer service is phenomenal. You can tell each and everything they make is high quality and well thought out!

There unfortunately, was a problem with the new cloud panties. They were splitting along the sides, but Doris has promised a replacement pack, which I super appreciate and she went ahead and even sent a temporary type of product, but unfortunately, I don’t care for the fit of those I love the new cloud so I’m anxiously awaiting the fix!

They are a very accommodating company, I feel they are trustworthy and I really like their products. Their underwear, the thong, and the mid-rise are very comfortable, and forgiving.

Good ordering system, a bit slow on delivery but worth it for a great product.
