I love this company and their products. The NuCloud mid-rise panties are the bomb! Customer for life.

I would leave a 0 if I could. The underwear are falling apart and the customer service stopped contacting me after saying they would give a full refund.

Garbage and the fact that you can't leave a direct review from your order should be sign enough. Ordered a pack of undies and hated the fit. Crawl up something awful but couldn't return. Then out of desperation wore them a second time and after the wash the cr o t ch started peeling away from the underwear! What the hell! Wish I could submit a picture. Total garbage.

I think these underwear are fabulous. I was worried because they sent an apology email that they were delaying shipping them because there had been problems with the fabric at the “mid-strip” area not adhering well, but so far so good with the ones I received (after two watches). They are the most comfortable underwear I’ve gotten yet AND the lack of seams is kind of magical, as is how soft and lightweight they are. Love them!

LOVE the Nuage NuClouds! They are so comfy and fit me perfectly. I hate underwear shopping and I'm so happy with these. There's no shifting around, no wedgies; just comfy undies. I want to also mention that I received amazing communication and service from the company after a mishap with the bonding on a batch of NuClouds. Great care was taken to fix the problem and replacements were sent. Nuage even sent me some underwear in a different style to try while they worked out the bonding issue. I couldn't recommend Nuage more!

It seems like the “flex” style has changed. I don’t like the way it fits, and is not as smooth on panty line. I have ordered this before…this is different.

I ordered a NuCloud bra for my wife in blue, size medium. What I received was cream, size large. So I contacted them via email, which is the only way since they don't have a customer service phone number. After 10 days, I STILL have not received a reply. BEWARE of dealing with this company! I believe that I have been SCAMMED!

I purchased several pair at one time. As soon as I got them, I received an email from the company about how sorry they were for the delay due to product issues. The issue is the glue they are using was not compatible with the new material. I quickly found that all of the panties liners came loose before even wearing them. They followed up the first email with a deep apology saying they would replace all the damaged products. I have not received replacement. I wrote to the company for replacement and again have heard nothing. Although the fabric is great, if the seams do not hold together they are worthless. I would not recommend buying this product with their poor response to issues.
