Bad experience
I ordered the Malo rotating bookshelf and the Maddox Montessori shelves and I was disappointed with both. Firstly the Malo rotating bookshelf has four screw holes on the top shelf which looks ugly. None of the images of the rotating bookshelf on social media or the Internet show those four holes. When I asked Nuage interiors why is it so and is there a fix to make it look better, they replied saying that the manufacturer said that’s how it is and there’s no issue with it. If Nuage interiors are proud of their designs they should be very particular and have struct guidelines for it. Coming to the Madox Montessori shelves. The pieces came with some marks and apart from that there was also a small defect in one of the pieces. When I reported that issue they came back with offering a $50 refund, or sending just that new part. To which I also raised a concern saying that having to assemble it all by myself again, will be tedious as well as other screw holes will loosen, and also that paying $650 for that and getting only a $50 return with the defect being clearly visible is too less. They just ignored that comment and said okay we will give you the $50 and not the replacement part. After spending more than a thousand dollars on two pieces of furniture where both the pieces do not love up to the quality expectations, having to have assembled them on my own and getting such a reply was really unacceptable and disheartening.
