It’s not a POS system if you’re looking for something like to track your inventory while if you want to add the cost of the items some of those function is not available on this posI was using previously other POS system they have a Lot more function was available with $30 month and fast replacement of any thighs broken next day delivery this is only good for easy cash register and customer service is good

My system is down from 4 days with the credit card terminal so I cannot accept cards after calling 9 times I get the same answer that I will get call from upper management, I am still waiting, very bad customer service

The National Retail Solution system is NOT a POS system. It is only a cash register device. It can not do important inventory functions such as profit tracking or reorder processing. You can’t even assign your products to specific vendor. Very disappointed and really a waste of time. Please fix your system so it can be usable. Thank you.

NRS is actually a pretty good system, I wor ked at Microsoft 10 years and the system is reliable. The issues start when you deal with their people customer service is seriously lacking plus a blatant disregard for your business interests. My opinion go with a company that actually cares about customers, because these guys don't. Amendment: after reviewing I was contacted rather quickly and my issues resolved, now happy with their system again. Thanks NRS!
