Great POS customer service is OK. My sales person Shariff demo'ed the unit for me at home at 7:30pm at night and sold me. He's quick to answer his phone and help me with my issues if customer service can't. Highly recommend getting a sales person who knows what they are doing they will make everything with the POS much better and life easier.

your sales team is too slow to respond and tech support has lot of waiting

Apparently they have a dummy answering the phone on Saturdays just to let you know that there's no one to help, i had never heard of a company in this line of business to close Saturday and Sunday. Will move to a different company, by far this is the worst pos company i should have checked who they were but i didn't because a very reputable company was selling their products.

Bad service 3 days to get back my machine lost alot of money!!!

Non of my complain have ever solved by you guys, I have to find away to solve my problems by myself after several calls. Too bad a company. Since August till this moment I am still having issues with this company..I will not recommend this company to anyone .

I just received my pos 2 weeks ago I called my sales rep Francisco in the Bay Area he showed up a week later after I had a friend helping me install it my scanner wasn’t working for some reason he called customer service and they tried to fix it over the phone but it didn’t work, he told me that someone from customer service is going to call me soon and he left , a week later I called him and he’s ignoring my calls, called customer service and I was told they can’t do anything about my scanner I ask the person name he gave me his first name Edward and refused to give me he last name and he ask me if I have what’s up app so he can send me some info and put on hold and hung up the phone, before that I had a bad experience with another sales rep his name Sharif he sold me a pod and received it 1 month later ,the reason why im still with this company after this bad experience is because I looked them up and they one of the best pos companies around the us , with one of the worst customer service! Hopefully they can train their workers better

Pro:- excellent system, almost every new item in the store pre recognized on the cloud system hence only put price n department. Inventory control suburb. User friendly . Very nice n handy phone integration Con:- the scanner. Some times it doesn’t work at the busiest hours , restart needed n it took longer. Occasionally restart doesn’t work , so needed to call costumer service to fix the problem.
