We went with NRS for our first POS and were shocked by the hidden recurring costs. This company tends to nickel and dime you, and if you don't want their OWN advertisements running on the customer facing screen you have to pay a monthly charge that amounts to hundreds of dollars a year. Each little service or add-on also carries a monthly cost. We have decided to move away from this platform after about 1 week in use.

Hi Michael, we are so sorry you had a bad experience. We'd like to speak with you to understand what happened, and help resolve the misunderstanding. The Ads fees helps subsidize the unit and keep your monthly service/license fee low, we also offer an option for you to run your own in-house ads. Please contact our Quality Control department so we give you more information and make it right for you: 888-541-0849.
