Let me start it with , I don't often write a reviews,before I start using NRS system I used square, square is good and you can do everything in the square app. but too expensive. a couple month ago i start using NRS. I called a fews times and customer service is okay, the pos software is easy to use, we have small business so not complicated to use lately I'm contacting nrs to switch credit cards terminal to different banks account and their take forever to do this changes Now a big thanks and appreciation to Carolina Gomez as soon she knows my request she started working hard to resolve the problem, Now I am very happy because everything run smoothly. Thank you very much.

The support department of NRS is the only decent thing about this company, the merchant services are scammers, they never answer phone, when they do pickup, it get disconnected, asking to leave voicemail which is not returned, and merchant service call back doesn’t work. The system itself is built great and does what it supposed to do for the most part, however, the employee facing screen has this annoying ads that looks like webpage from early 2000s, which makes our stuff very uncomfortable and annoyed as result reducing the productivity. Furthermore, we’ve been dealing with ad removal from two machines for almost two weeks, and we’ve been charged nearly $500 to remove the ads and there is nobody to talk to about it about the charges. The support department cannot do anything on this and merchant service department doesn’t exist at all, perhaps they only exist to steal money from their customers. There is possibility we will return NRS, we are already exploring other options. While the POS system is okay aside from the spammy ads and the support department is also decent - which they should be since I have their Advanced support plan, the merchant services will kill your business, unless NRS changes their way I recommend you to stay clear of National Retail Solutions.

NRS is a nightmare to work with. Issue are ignored and no assistance. Trying to return the POS systems due to continued issues.
