They were charging for a permit driver and went unresponsive. I had to quickly pay for a new insurance and now I'm waiting for a refund. Would I use in the future, yes, but when I have more days prior to permit driver driving.

I find it extremely annoying how much I’m reminded of my car insurance especially everytime I’m in my car or after driving. My last insurance took their payment and left me alone. When I turn off my Bluetooth because I’m just sitting in my car I get a notification. I am becoming very annoyed and might not keep this insurance

So far so good, I've only have been signed up for a week now but the process was painless and I like the coverage that I have added, especially for the price! I realize that it is based upon my driving habits and score, I'm ok with that. I do wish there was another way to track my driving besides using Android Auto, I would prefer not always having to connect my phone to the car.

Well I did everything on line with out talking to any sales person and after i got my quote the only thing I was asked to do was to send pictures of my car it was very easy to do with the app that Novo supplied to take the pictures and to up load and to send
