Working with Novo has been a relatively easy process. To be honest, I am not thrilled about having the "babysitter" app that I have opted out of from other insurance providers, but being able to have it on my phone in the background has proven to be unintrusive and far more accurate than the others that dinged me out of the blue for no reason. Their rates are fair, and their app is easy to navigate. So far, I have been very pleased with Novo. Keep up the good work!

The amount of information needed after signing up for the insurance really turned me off from this company. It got to the point where my family didn't want to cooperate because they didn't trust you.

Canceled my policy due to the fact that I have a roommate and didn't describe my roommate to them like why the heck do you need to know its none of your business who the roommate is how does someone who is not driving the cars got to do with selling a policy I already paid you dumb asses 176 dollars to start

The way they went about giving me my quote given my history. They stand out 100% from the big corp companies who go based off ethnicity, age, educational history and not how you drive. I have an accident on my record because of a sudden stop and slippery road so of course I was at fault for rear ending. Every company was charging me an arm and leg with much less than what Novo gave me. I am literally paying $150 less.

So the requirement to have a active policy is to submit photos well didn't submit because my other insurance didn't cancel, they repeatedly asked for photos and kept moving cancel date after I told them what happened, and going off there dates of cancel supposively well they decided to still cover for some odd reason and ended up charging me for 75% of month so uncalled for, to me this company is shit and the reviews of the company trying hard to keep your money is very True, I would rate a zero if available bc who pays for two insurances a month. Don't waste your money here!!! Should not have to ask for full money back if company policy to Have active insurance is to submit photos for it to be Active!! So how do you still charge against policy?

I had interaction with three of your customer care department. All three people were helpful and friendly. When I first made contact, I wasn't sure of the specific details. They walked me though each of the primary and secondary insurance areas. They weren't pushy and helped me to cover all of the necessary areas.
