The only problem I had was you quoted me a price of &92.00 something then it said $126.67 now it says next month $131.67 so it went up from what it said originally before purchase then went up again before the next month so I am confused

I started a policy because it was one of the things required to get approved for a vehicle. So I bought a policy with Novo to start two days later. I didn’t get the approval for the car so I canceled the policy before it started, Novo charged me a $50 fee, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the representative said all the supervisors are in meetings. I don’t recommend this company to anyone, go with a legitimate insurance company.
