SCAM alert : When you request a refund they provide you with links to non existent web pages for tracking AND non existent tracking numbers!! ( and of course no mention of refund!)

Hello, Jade, we hope you're doing well. As we already explained in our reply to your other review here on Trustpilot, there was a logistics issue with the local carrier and the parcel was not delivered — a circumstance outside of our control. For that reason, a refund was authorised and processed, with confirmation sent by email to the address used at the time of purchase and the amount returned to the same payment method used for the order.
