Excessively long shipping time, with no communication from the company despite multiple calls and emails.

I have not received my order placed a few weeks ago and no update on the status.

Originally I received a message stating that the package was delivered. But I did not receive it. I sent an email and phone message to the company and found that it was located in Turkey. It took a few days but I finally received an apology and the package (another?) was sent I guess another way as the notifications were different this time. It arrived and it looks good. I was happy.

I had an issue with my order not shipping for a few weeks after it was supposed to ship so I emailed their support team and received a response the same day. They did some digging and were able to finish the order processing wherever it had gotten stuck and a shipping label was created within just a few days. The item shipped from Turkey to the west coast of the USA in only 3 days. The quality is exactly what I was hoping for too. I’m very happy with the purchase and service

Order didn’t show up and I received an email that it did. I am having to chase it down. Not Cool

Love the product and the order was processed quickly and efficiently. It arrived promptly and came looking like the photos
