The 3 items I ordered are absolutely beautiful and high quality, however shipping was almost 4 weeks and poor communication to update me on status.

Order took a long time to get to my address. There were very few communications about when I would receive my order.

It took a really long time for my package to arrive. The website is set up to make it seem you are purchasing something made in the US, but in reality the products are made and shipped from Turkey. The package did not include the necessary hardware to unite the two halves of the wall art and after several messages to customer service I am told the hardware is now being sent. So I must wait even longer to enjoy my purchase.

I believe the item I purchased is overpriced for the quality of the item which shipped folded up and taped to the package material and cardboard. It’s advertised as a wall sign and was not expecting the low quality material. Otherwise it’s cool.

I received the biggest size of the lion stencil. I like it a lot, but I don’t feel like the price equals the product. The price could be cut in half.

The metal birds themselves looked good, but there was nothing in the description stating there would be screws all over the birds? The only reason I can think is to keep them level against the wall in the back, but why not just stick rubber knobs on the back, instead of holes with screws all over? Not even sure how to cover them up.

I love their products and I have bought many things from them. They look great inside my home. My only complaint is that it took several weeks before my order even shipped. Also customer service is pretty nonexistent. Sent a couple of messages but never heard back from anyone. Great products… Just don’t be in any hurry to receive them.
