Communication and delivery was great!

Wow! The cookstove is awesome! It gives off so much more heat than our regular wood stove! It’s very well built! And delivery was quite fast for such a large piece. I’m so happy!

We love our wood burning stove. The delivery was timely and the product was packaged with great care.

I had many questions before I purchased this stove. They were prompt and detailed in their answers, and I had not purchased a stove. I finally decided on the 214-3D and it is a beautiful as the pictures. Shipping went smoothly. I was prepared for a 320 lb crate.

The product was exactly what we ordered and looks great!

Stove arrived well packaged and undamaged. It was beyond my expectations of the quality of the workmanship. They were also quick to respond to my emails with questions.

After sale assistance was great.

Great little stove, works in our house great. Not sure how much heat it is going to throw off but for the size it will work just fine. Some screws loosened up during shipping but nothing that cant be fixed.
