The glass is broken on my stove

Products ordered almost 2 months ago still not arrived

Ordering and shipping speed were fine, but the item arrived damaged. I’ve reached out to customer service twice with no response, so the next step is to dispute with my credit card company.

Not only did I have to email to find out where my package was after two weeks, when I finally got it, it’s the wrong thing.

You said my purchase was delivered but never came to my house and when I sent questions no one from your company answered back

2nd time I have ordered this item. similar to first time around, long delay from what was expected. communication was slow to non-responsive. upon arrival, quality not as expected. felt more like plastic not metal and on one of the pieces, the quality of paint job is poor (rough, kind of like the paint did not dry so that area is not flat and flush). certainly not worth $64

My order was forgotten which I had to research contact information to ask for my money back. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company again due to the lack of trust.
