Customer Service…easy to work with. We had an issue with UPS destroying the package and losing the hardware. One email and I already have the replacement hardware in hand!!

Product is just as represented. Only issue is that when I placed my order, I received no email or text confirming order and no information for shipping/tracking. I posted comment on fb page and was very quickly responded to and issue was resolved. Bravo!

The 3 items I ordered are absolutely beautiful and high quality, however shipping was almost 4 weeks and poor communication to update me on status.

This is my 2nd purchase from Northshire and I am most certainly pleased. The quality and thickness and the texture of their products are FAR superior to similar items. I highly recommend Northshire!

Package arrived in average time. I love the size of the Element metal wall pieces and they fit perfectly for what I want! VERY impressed with the teeth hook’s placement allowing the piece to hang straight due to more metal on one side. Packaging was excellent and kept the pieces flat and secure. Thank you!

I love my “gather together” wall art! It took almost a month to arrive after I ordered but the company communicated the change in delivery time and allowed me to cancel at any time. So glad I didn’t cancel!
