Its says 2-4 business days shipped max. Its going on 12 days and I yet have received an email with any updates on my order. I sent a email and still no reply

I ordered two metal murals and they are just perfect. Everything as seen in the images, very good quality and very well packaged. And the best thing is that they send to the Canary Islands, without shipping costs and in a very good time! I recommend it without a doubt.

Unfortunately my order has yet to show up and when they sent me a "review your experience" I was surprised. When I queried this they then gave me an incorrect tracking number and when I eventually got the right one I found out that the item was probably in Germany ... I live in the UK! The item was ordered at noon on 24th August it's now 8th September and all they seem to claim to know is that it's probably left them, hasn't arrived at my home in the UK and may be in Germany! I know they will probably blame Covid (as everyone else does) but really they simply don't care once they've got your money.

Do not listen to their website, shipping will not be available in the UK in the expected timescales, instead you chase them a week later to find out they want more money from you to ship from Turkey. When you then request a refund and it agrees no monies are returned despite assurances it will be. If I could give a zero star I would, customer service non existent

This company is falsely advertising that shipping will be in 1-2 business days. I have placed my order a week ago with the promise that the item will be delivered a few days after. To this date, all I’m getting is a customer service email that sounds like a bot apologizing for the delay and keeps telling me it will be in 1-2 business days everytime it replies for the past 6 days.

This is a revised review. I purchased this initially with expedited shipping. There was a delay and I was given erroneous shipping times. The delay did not matter and they were great about staying in communication and offered a refund for my expedited fee and then another for the delay. The issue was the misinformation. Nevertheless, the company was very apologetic and accommodating for my inconvenience.
