Ordered a piece for a Christmas gift and never received it. The phone number listed appears to be a cell phone with no voicemail and no one answers after repeated attempts. I emailed multiple times with no response. They have taken my money via credit card payment and I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back! How are they still in business?

Ordered what looked to be a lovely Christmas gift and expedited shipping for Christmas and I still haven’t received a tracking number or confirmation email. My account was definitely charged.

Beautiful product. Doesn’t look so impressive when you open the box but looks awesome when you put it up on the wall. Fast shipping.

Like it came from the movie set! Quality, size, description everything is as expected. I can’t wait for my son to open Christmas Day. One thing - think about sustainable shipping materials. Styrofoam bad - extra cardboard would have sufficed.

Schlechtester Service ever!!! FINGER WEG!!! Auf den tollen Fotos wird leider nicht gezeigt, wie die Aufhängung an der Vorderseite aussieht. An der Vorderseite ist der Schraubenkopf zu sehen, da die Abstandshalter nicht hinten angeschweißt sind, sondern einfach durchgeschraubt wurden. Dies war für uns nicht akzeptabel und daher baten wir um Rückabwicklung des Kaufs. Nun mussten wir zuerst die Rücksendekosten selbst tragen, da Northshire die Reklamation nicht akzeptierte. Zu guter Letzt wurde nicht einmal der volle Betrag zurückerstattet, da Versandkosten einbehalten wurden. Diese sind aber weder bei der Bestellung genannt worden noch scheinen diese bei der Bestellbestätigung auf. Dort wird der Versand mit €0,00 vermerkt. Und dann fast €12 einbehalten empfinde ich als absolute Unverschämtheit. FRECHHEIT!!!

Ordered some metal wall art from this company. Found it almost half the price on Etsy so tried to cancel order but they said i would have to wait until DHL delivered it and refuse to accept it, then the item would be returned to them and I could get a refund. Didn’t hear anything for a week or two and when I tried to chase it up it was like pulling teeth. Eventually received a refund but not for the full amount that I paid (£20 short!) Their response? Take it up with your bank. I can only imagine that this is because the item was billed in dollars and I have paid an exchange fee on the purchase and refund. This is not communicated on the site and prices are given in GBP. Short version, you do not pay the advertised GBP price, it’s more, and when you get a refund it’s not for the amount you paid either. Would not order from here again.
