I can not express in English how horrible this company is...
I can not write enough to stress how terrible this company is. To be fair: I did not do a lot of research in advance. Just wanted to get the move booked. They shook me down for more money though I vehemently disputed I had more inventory that provided to them. I was shipping a piano and disclosed up front: they driver, apparently a Pack and Go sub-contractor, literally threatened me with destruction of property if I did not pay him an additional $500 to wrap the piano in cardboard. The wrapping fee was not quoted up front. I never received an inventory of items and the driver drove over a tree in my yard because he was literally smoking weed. The day before delivery I received a text from the Pack and Go subcontractors to ask what the address was for delivery as it had not been provided to them. I begged for a list of items at this time and asked for the "manifest." I kid you not: the team did not know what that word meant. I am so regretful. My items have not arrived and there is literally zero chance I will be able to confirm what was actually shipped and claim insurance for the items the driver literally warned me: "your items will get lost." I will dispute with my credit card company the charges and never forget this miserable experience.

Thank you for filing your review of our company. Today, is your delivery day. Our driver is on the way to your residence and will arrive soon. This is when final payment will be expected. Why did you just file this dispute today, if these events took place during the pickup process? Your goods were picked up on 08/29/2024. You were on the phone that day with our company. We always call to make sure everything is going well. You did not mention anyone threatening you, nor anyone smoking marijuana. You also did not mention our driver hitting a tree. We have discovered no damages to the truck in question. We will be administering substance abuse tests to each crew member who was present onsite, during the pickup of your goods. An interstate bill of lading is not a manifest. That is why customer service did not understand your initial request. We sent your bill of lading to you, by email. We ask the public to read between the lines here, please. We perform between 700-850 residential and commercial relocations per year. We do have some negative reviews, unfortunately, but we always respond to them with our findings. If we legitimately make a mistake in service, we always attempt to make it right. However, we are extremely interested in reaching a suitable resolution to your complaints. We ask that you please contact us so that we may try to fix this together. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
