Be careful
Be careful - This company subcontracts the work out. In my case, they contracted my move out to an unprofessional outfit that showed up late, moved slow, didn't wear uniforms (not usually a red flag, but Northern Moving Systems said they would). Then that company ended up charging me more than I was quoted. Left with some damaged items, drywall, and trim. I called Northern about this and the vibe I got was that they don't do much vetting on who they subcontract with. Use this company with caution, you won't know who you will get stuck with.

We would like for you to know that we did not subcontract out your service. Your service was performed by our local agent under our governing contract. The entire moving industry has become a network of service providers. Even Allied, Mayflower and United utilize agents to perform a portion of their services. We operate no differently than those three wonderful companies. We're so sorry to hear about your damaged items. We have a claims process, and we would like for you to take part in filing an insurance claim. Claims process will also cover the repair cost for the drywall and trim that you mentioned.
