Luis Amaro, We appreciate you making us aware of your complaint. We did not cancel your services. That is not what happened. We were handling your domestic shipment to Illinois and our agent in Belize was handling the international shipment. Our agent canceled all transports and stopped routes. We were told that our agent had no choice because of the Customs Service. This does unfortunately happen sometimes. Since this took place, the routes have now been reestablished. We are so sorry that this took place and we refunded your deposit in full.

Md Mahbubur Rahman, Thank you for making us aware of your complaint. We are sorry that you were unsatisfied with our services. I am in possession of your shipping affidavits, so let`s take a look at what happened here. The records reflect that we performed the virtual estimation on September 10th, 2026. We quoted 90 items and sent you the inventory list for confirmation. You confirmed the list of goods as correct and signed the contract. When we arrived to perform the service, you added a total of 72 items to your order. That is the sole reason for the increase in volume charges. You mentioned that we charge by volume, and that is true. However, when you add additional items, especially 72 of them, it is going to greatly increase the volume. In an effort to attempt to help you, we discounted the charges for 100 cubic feet during the pickup process and applied a $500 discount, which you accepted. You signed the shipping documents providing us with your permission to execute services and we did so. You chose to file this complaint after we departed your residence, after giving us permission to ship the 162 items. Although we have done nothing wrong, we referred your case to mediation. Cathy Reding, We are so sorry that you were displeased with our services. Our driver did not tell you that you had 113 boxes. We loaded 113 items total, during the pickup process. Please review your shipping affidavits. You will understand that it is 113 items total and not 113 boxes. We explained all of this to you on the day of pick up. There were no problems during the pickup process. You are in possession of all of your paperwork. You can clearly see the 113 items listed. We charge just like any other moving company charges, according to space. Our policies are no different. Our company and our subsidiary company agreed with the Mediator's request to provide you with an additional $1000 in reimbursement. This was a relief payment and not because we did anything wrong. We realized that no client of the transport industry ever wishes to pay more, but when you add that much additional inventory during the pickup process, you must accept the fact that the costs of shipping are going to increase. We gave you the opportunity during pick up to ship the items that you told us about. You chose to ship the totality of the items on site and then file reviews. Although we are not going to refund you the overage charges according to the additional inventory, we are still willing to have a conversation with you in order to approach a suitable resolution.
