I was pretty excited to receive my Northern Knives. When they finally arrived I was so impressed by the quality and weight of both knives. I would highly recommend these knives. It was a great purchase!!!

Brad, the wait was longer than it should have been — glad the steel made the case for itself once it landed. Thank you. — Andy @ NorthernKnife

These knives are awesomely sharp as well as heavy and balanced. There great for those who enjoy a larger heavier feel to there cutlery. The Loki was a big hit at our white elephant gift exchange. Can't go wrong here.

Vince, that heft is deliberate — some cooks want a blade with real presence behind it, and it sounds like you are one of them. Thank you. — Andy @ NorthernKnife

Absolutely love! So I actually ordered the Loki 3 with sheaths for Christmas gifts.. husband, brother and son. All three guys are great with grilling/smoker. Constantly, even in winter. They all say it's the sharpest and best handling knife they have used. I thought no way.. so I had to try it out myself. Cuts through anything like butter. Looks like I will have to get my own... just to keep the peace in our house. I'm okay with that. Definitely get these for the grilling guys in your life. They won't be disappointed, and neither will your belly.

Jennifer, three Lokis with sheaths across husband, brother and beyond — you did the whole clan proud that Christmas. Thank you. — Andy @ NorthernKnife

The Butcher knife is fantastic… Similar to the Loki, in balance and sharpness…it is certainly more serious looking! If you are looking for a beautiful, serious, hard-core, kick-booty, kind of a knife…this is it. We are still learning how to use it… my husband’s words “ yes. This is good.”

Anne, the butcher is the serious sibling in that family — heavier, hungrier, and very good at what it does. Delighted it suits you. — Andy @ NorthernKnife

Excellent service, great communication. Bought the Loki for a Xmas gift for my brother and he loved it. Very unique! Thanks

I have bought two knives from Northernknife. I have the Loki and Bjorn. These are very good knives. I use both all the time and they stay very sharp and love the design of both knives. I highly recommend buying the sheaths also. We plan on buying some for Christmas presents for our kids next year.

I bought 2 knives for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. This is our new favorite company and will definitely be purchasing more from this company.

I already own a couple of chef’s knives but decided I would add a Northern Knife because I liked the look. But when it arrived and I used it, I realized that it was much more than a good look. It’s terrifically sharp and the finger hole gives awesome control for chopping. Simply stated, it’s my new No. 1. An excellent knife; highly recommended!!

David, earning a spot next to chef's knives you already trust is the test that matters. Thank you for giving us the shot. — Andy @ NorthernKnife
