zero if I could. The shoes are terrible quality and the all came in the wrong size! Not all the same size mind you, 7, 9, 12 etc. None of the correct sizes

I requested a return authorization a week ago and still have not gotten an authorization to return the shoes. The shoes were very uncomfortable for me. The shoes are in the original wrapping. I only tried on 1 shoe to determine it was not right for my foot. I would appreciate a response.

Absolutely the worse shoes. Sizing is completely off and there is no customer service for returns. I would give them negative stars if it was an option. .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It is interesting that these reviews are not making it to the website. The shoes I bought show an overall 4.7 rating which is very far off from what you see on other sites. I didn't realize that these had zips up the back that were very uncomfortable so I am looking to return them. So far the return process mirrors others. It's been over a week and their "manager" is still reviewing photos. Oddly they keep asking me for a review so here it is. In all likelihood, these will go to Goodwill since the return process is truly useless! UPDATE I thought I would update this. Today is May 16 and I still do not have instructions on how to return these. Whenever I reach out to them, I get another email saying their manager is still looking at it. He/she must be a very overworked person! They are definitely going to Goodwill.

A horrible customer service I requested 5 time refund label and not received yet. The shoes I purchased “Dane Orthopedic Comfort” are the worse shoes that I ever seen very poorly made as a quality, orthopedic comfort, stability, sizes and overall looks! Do NOT use this website is my recommendation!

This company has a horrible costumer service. Impossible to make a return. Its returning policy is the worst that I have ever experience. They are asking me to return the shoes to Paris, France. They do not care about the costumers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Thin suede, string hanging from heel and very uncomfortable..far from being an ortho shoe. No telephone customer care and delivery took so long I thought I was scammed. Will be returning as soon as I find out how to make that happen. So disappointed!
