Terrible Customer Service! Received my two pairs of shoes on March 31. Upon opening the package the smell of the shoes caused an immediate migraine attack. Contacted the company that same day about returning the shoes. Provided the requested photos and information by April 2nd. On April 3rd I received an e-mail thanking me for the info and that they will contact me as soon as possible. I am still waiting!

If I could give zero stars, I would! This company is completely bogus - dishonest, poor quality, uncomfortable shoes, you name it - everything is WRONG. They take months to deliver your order; when the uncomfortable shoes arrive, they tell you they need to see and “approve” photos of the shoes before providing you an address to which they can be returned; and they tell you the shoes must be returned within 30 days in order to give you a refund. Then, despite repeated efforts to obtain said approval after they have received your photos, they stall and simply allow the clock to run down in order to get past the date of no return. They are full of crap. Run away!!!

The shoes I ordered are way too big. I wear the same size in many brands, so this was a surprise. I have tried to get in touch with customer service and gotten no response.

I ordered a pair of shoes in a size larger than I normally wear, assuming they were being made other than in the United States. They arrived and are so narrow I can;not get my foot into them at all. I have read so many reviews about returns, even though they say easy returns, I am debating whether my time is worth the effort. I would not order from this company again.

The shoes are too big and I would like to return them. The company keeps saying they are "working on it". When I followed up, they sent me a nasty email as to please wait and stop contacting us. So frustrating. I have called my credit card company to stop payment. DO NOT ORDER

Just a big rip off! Shoes ordered had a mailing address listed in New Jersey, yet wanting to return them they must be sent to Italy. The company made the error. They sent the wrong sized shoes by a whole size.
