Return policy is a lie. Wish I read these reviews sooner! I've been trying to return the shoes because they are uncomfortable and not well made, but first they tried to convince me to exchange them, and then said they would escalate my request to "management." Now they are not responding to my emails and there is no other way to contact them. What a scam! Do not buy here.

Unfortunately I had a very terrible experience and would not recommend these shoes unless you don't mind very low quality shoes at a high price. I paid $60 for shoes that were worth $15 and when I tried to return them, it has taken over a month to get the request moved forward. They finally said they would move forward with an exchange, which was not what I asked for, so now I am still waiting to get the return finalized. I requested the return 2 months ago now and still haven't been able to return them to get my money back.

I have been waiting for 1 full month to receive a shipping label for a very straightforward return from Northend shop. The shoes I ordered did not fit well and were never worn and within the return window, I was told to submit photos of the shoes which I did. For a month now, they tell me that their management is reviewing the return request. There is no phone number listed on the website to call or complain. This store seems to have some scam going where they say they allow returns but do certainly have not honored that. Buyer beware! I will never be purchasing from this store again and want others to know what a scam this store is running.

I received the item and the quality is awful and they came crushed due to packaging. I have been trying to return these for three weeks and every time I follow up I get our manager is reviewing return. They won't give a number to call.

Terrible experience still waiting on a “return authorization”. Heels were literally shipped from China, arrived with frayed stitching and they slipped and slid over my feet. Contacted same day and company email bounced back with Non sender. Finally got a hold of someone via email and they inquired about what size I’d like to exchange to. I specified I wanted to return & get a refund since quality isn’t worth an exchange. Still waiting on What address I’ll have to ship these back to AT my Own expense. I bought from this company because they claimed they were based out of New York. This is an ongoing headache and I was purchasing these as my wedding heels. Read all the fine print before you consider purchasing from this company.

My shoes do not fit and I need to return them.

This review is for the Dane Orthopedic dress shoes. Both pair of shoes were defective. In addition, they are not "orthopedic" as advertised. There is no arch support, no metatarsal pad, no heel cup or pad, nothing orthopedic about them. Eleven days after requesting a return, I am still waiting for the information to ship them back. Also, return shipping is to Italy! Buyer beware!

I ordered an 8.5, they sent me a 41, usually that's a 38 or 39. I immediately asked for a return, this was 3/29/25. It took a while for the response but they asked for photos so management could review, I sent them, it is now 5/13/25 and they have not given me instructions to return the shoes for the refund despite my numerous emails asking for it. They just keep saying they ar sin processes and procedures. What should take about 30 seconds has taken almost 2 months. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T BUY FROM THEM
