Normandy Insurance Company did not follow up with ADP, the company that brokered the deal for our policy. The agreement was we would pay our worker's compensation policy every time our payroll was run. We received notice from ADP that our policy was going to be cancelled for non-payment, even though they had collected all payments. Normandy Insurance needs to communicate better with the payroll companies with which they have a relationship so as not to cancel policies mistakenly. It is a hassle for the small business order to rectify the situation.
