As account manager I should be able to…
As account manager I should be able to log on and access, copy of policies, invoices, I called Normandy and asked Underwriting & Accounting if able to do so, they had no clue if this was even possible. Without access to policies or invoices the web page is useless to me unfortunately.

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to get assistance with this matter. We do have you as a user on the portal so you are authorized to see policy invoices and even make a payment if the account was set up that way.
