Disappointing Service and no refund so far. I purchased the comfy sole inners and they took two weeks to arrive. When they did I thought they were poor quality for the money and they hurt my feet in two different style of shoe. I requested a refund as stated on purchase it would be no questions asked. My reply advises me to carry on for 4 weeks ! despite their acknowledgement they are causing discomfort. I very much doubt I am going to see any refund and suspect my best action will be to take it up with Paypal. 15/09/24 So - you can see the reply below. I submitted my details and still nothing. This means that their comments on this website mean nothing.
