The ring arrived earlier than expected but unfortunately after less than a week of wearing it its turned my finger green! I am disappointed, however the customer services team (Kristeen) has been absolutely amazing! I contacted them to arrange a return and refund and explained the issue and she was fantastic and arranged a refund immediately. Thank you for so much for your help, I am gutted the ring didn't work but I cannot fault your service xx
