Good product, disappointing response to legitimate question
I purchased the Mobility Stick as part of a bundle and have been pleased with the product. However, I noticed that the advertised length was listed as 168 cm. When I measured my fully assembled stick, including the balls on both ends, it was just under 154 cm. A friend who purchased the same product independently measured the same length. About a month after my purchase, Nordic Stretch emailed asking how things were going and specifically said that responses meant a lot and that the person read each response. I provided positive feedback but also asked whether the product had been changed or if the 168 cm specification was an error. I never received a response. I subsequently noticed that Nordic Stretch changed the listed length to 160 cm / 63 inches, fully assembled. That's certainly closer to the actual product, although my measurement is still about 6 cm shorter. The discrepancy isn't significant enough for me to make an issue of the product itself. What disappointed me was taking the time to provide constructive feedback after being specifically asked for it, and receiving no acknowledgment. That experience has made me less inclined to purchase from Nordic Stretch again.

You're right, and the criticism is entirely fair. To answer what you actually asked: the delay is a dispatch backlog at our warehouse, not a product shortage. Orders are sitting in a queue before they're handed to the courier, and that queue has been running one to three weeks. Not months. What's indefensible is that we can automate a dozen marketing emails but not a single "your order is delayed" one. You shouldn't be learning your order hasn't shipped from an email telling you to enjoy the stick. That's been passed on internally. Write to [email protected] with your order number and I'll give you a specific answer on your four items, plus your 90-Day Program access, which is available now regardless of shipping. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch
