It's day 15 since I placed my order and the stick is yet to arrive. I've been in contact via mail and whilst their communication has been good in terms of speed they have misled me badly. I was told that they were experiencing high demand hence the delay but my stick had now been despatched. I then saw a Facebook advert stating in their words that they'd fkd up and now have an over stocked warehouse!!! So I share this with the company who then accept that this doesn't look good and admit to having lied to me before when they said that the stick had been despatched. It hadn't! I've found this to be highly unprofessional and have explained to them that they have lost my trust. They claim to be over stocked but are unable to get the item to me even after 15 days. I'm now not confident that it will arrive at all!

I ordered two after seeing it at facebook. I didnt get any email confirmation of the purchase so I think I was scammed. I emailed the nordic stretch website but didnt received a reply. I did received the item after few days but the promised free gift didnt arrive, the item is sturdy enough and its really good and doesnt slip easily. Although one of them is not straight enough which is a dissapointment.

I have been using the bar for about a month now. 'as a golfer I purchased it to help with my flexibility and strength. I have sound it to help with my overall welllness and am encouraged in what it is doing for my body. I highly recommend it. RB

Do not buy they claim full money back guarantee but then expect you to pay for postage it will cost 11-15 pounds to send this back so I lose money for they poor product that does nothing you could get a stick out of the woods as you have to find you videos as they don't give you anything other than a few pics of a couple of exercises

The product is a great tool for stretching and warming up prior to a round of golf, or a weight workout. The only thing I wish was available was either a spiral bound guide to the different stretches and moves, and or individual "flash cards". In addition have the different moves grouped into body parts/areas to concentrate on and the different moves enumerated. The biggest drawback was this thing shipping from China and taking FOREVER to get here!

I have been very stiff for a while. My mobility was getting worse and I knew I had to do something. I'm still using Day 1 of the video because it is helping so much, I haven't even needed to go beyond it. I am looking forward to when day 1 is like nothing to me and I can move on the some really advanced moves. The stick is so supportive--the design is great and it really helps.

I commenced with gentle moves because of a past spinal cord injury. I do find this Nordic Stretch quite relaxing and motivating. I strongly recommend this Nordic Stretch to everyone out there.
