I was following advertisement and ordered for my wife like present...and started gathering negative experiences. First one is package that I got....completely different from ads ( some ugly box, like some construction tool from the warehouse)... Balls on both sides are not tight seated as result periodicly run away.... Less one month usage, the stick started deformate ( became noticeable warped)....just my wife is using (60kg)....and so negative changes...very sad... Very disappointed and frustrated.

Good quality product - nice and sturdy without being too cumbersome. Still working out the best exercises for me but so far so good.

This company sent me a Nordic stretch stick without the ball ends! So it made my product useless.... I tried contacting them multiple times through email and I even went to their Instagram and messaged them and posted but no one got back to me. No phone number to reach them and no follow-up at all. Severely disappointed in my purchase!

It’s a good tool. I’m still getting used to it an incorporating it into my morning routine. It was easy to put together the stick. The videos are helpful as well.

SCAM ALERT!!! Product never arrived, impossible to get answers from customer service or shipping company or refund- Buyer beware!!!

Price and 4 weeks to arrive didn’t inspire confidence. The relentless adverts became annoying, as did the ‘gift’ of a coupon to spend more money. However I have since developed my own exercises and am mostly pain-free after DECADES of daily painkillers. That alone is PRICELESS. There are plenty of exercises to follow if you’re reasonably supple. I’m not supple but use this for stability and mobility exercises, otherwise impossible using furniture, as previously. Buy one!

The Nordic stretch is well made and performs as stated. Highly recommend.
