Thank you for this Joel, and 2 stars is fair. Ten emails and two months is indefensible. The lost package, the tracking that showed delivered when it wasn't, all of it. I won't try to explain it away. On the guides though, you should have them. The Mobility Routine and Mystery Gift are digital and sent by email at the point of order, so they may have got buried under the marketing emails. Chapter 4 has all the exercises with photos and chapter 14 is a 5-minute daily routine. There's also a free video at nordicstretch.com/pages/how-to-use Email [email protected] and I'll send both straight over. Your point about the marketing emails outnumbering the useful ones is one I've passed on.
