Guys they won’t actually refund you. You have to get a chargeback from your bank. They claim to refund if you hate it but they’ll say “welllll it was on sale so noo sorry”. My chargeback from my bank was approved and I got every penny back, please do the same thing to make sure they make no profit. My bank also said the website domain is registered as a library/bookstore LOL my claim was instantly approved because they’re so obviously a scam. Noor Qalb, Aisha, Hannah, Mariam or whatever your non AI name is behind a screen, don’t bother replying to this I’ve emailed you enough. Do the right thing and close down your fake business for real, I’ve also reported your business as a fraud in Canada.

Took longer than promised to arrive. Not a problem, but the quality of the necklace is. Already the gold is rubbing off and it has left a black mark on clothing where it rubbed. I had expected better, especially given its links with a good cause. Please reply to my email requesting a full refund. Order #16090.

I purchased multiple items including 2 cuffs bracelets, chain bracelet, 4 rings, 1 name necklace and another chain all supposedly plated in 18k gold. The items were cheap and I could see the copper or brass or whatever it's actually made of showing through before I even tried to wear it. The custom name necklace I was so excited to give to my friend for her birthday and instead I was too embarrassed because it was obviously not plated or dipped in gold. Very disappointed I would have kept being a good customer if the product had been as advertised or of decent quality.

I was truly delighted with my purchase. The quality of the neck chain was impressive. I especially loved seeing my Christian name written in Arabic, to me that was special.
