TLDR of old review: the policies and website are shady/scammy. The return policy guarantees you will not get all of your money back ($10 return fee), the package tracking function doesn’t actually track where it is, and they lie about their reviews. I was unsure if my package would ever arrive. Update: it did arrive and the “too good to be true” prices were in fact too good to be true. The gold plating isn’t the greatest but from afar you wouldn’t notice. The jewelry also has a strange smell. You get what you pay for I guess…be wiser than I was and steer clear of this brand.

I love the product. I only have 1 question what can I do if the chain is better black ? How can I clean it and make it shine again?
Response from Noor QalbAug 7, 2026
Hello, Thank you so much for your kind words. We’re delighted to hear that you love the product and that it brought you happiness. Your trust and support mean a great deal to us. Regarding your question about the chain turning black, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. Chains can sometimes tarnish over time, and a gentle cleaning with a soft polishing cloth or a mild jewellery cleaner can help restore its shine. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals to keep the piece safe and beautiful. Your feedback is very valuable, and we’ll continue working to improve the durability and finish of our chains. Thank you again for choosing Noor Qalb. Sincerely, Aisha Customer Support – Noor Qalb
