Countless Issues - do NOT be fooled!
There are so many issues with this company, so please stay away!
1) I ordered from them thinking I’ll help out as advertised that they were closing and only “had a few pieces left”. It has been months, and they still have not closed, and so this might just be a tactic to lure people in.
2) I did not receive my order despite weeks having gone by. Somehow, the parcel was returned to the sender without any delivery attempts being made. Another customer reckons that the company intentionally leaves out the number on some orders so that the parcel is returned to the company. I am not sure if this is true, but in any case, I did not receive my parcel.
3) When I enquired about this, I was told
I’d be updated. I received absolutely zero replies back since.
4) I had to submit further enquiry forms on their website and also send emails for a refund to be issued. Even then, nobody had replied to any of my messages and I simply received a refund.
It was a horrible and stressful experience which I wouldn’t anyone else to go through, so please stay away
