⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing customer service! I ordered a custom Arabic necklace and noticed there was a spelling mistake when I received it. I reached, and they responded the same day. They were extremely helpful and immediately offered to remake the necklace for me at no additional cost. They even had the replacement shipped out the very next day! I was really impressed with how quickly they responded and how easily they handled the issue. Mistakes can happen, but the way a company handles them says so much about their customer service. Noor Qalb truly went above and beyond to make things right. Great communication, quick response, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them!

SCAM- they've been "closing down" for…
SCAM- they've been "closing down" for months now, fooling people to buy their products. same stuff you can find on other websites at a cheaper price. and these are all china made- none from London. What a scam. How do you lot sleep at night? Selling Ayatul Kursi and scamming people at the same time?!

I ordered two beautiful necklaces, one for myself and one for my daughter, and we absolutely loved them. Unfortunately, my 4-year-old accidentally ripped hers, which was completely her fault and nothing to do with the quality of the necklace. Qalb Blooms kindly reached out to me afterwards to ask how I was getting on with my order. I told them how much we loved the necklaces and mentioned what had happened. I really wasn’t expecting anything, but their customer service completely exceeded my expectations. They kindly sent me a full replacement necklace, rather than just the missing part, and to top it off, they sent two replacements instead of just one! I was genuinely so touched by their kindness and generosity. It’s not often you come across a business that goes so far above and beyond for their customers. Beautiful products and absolutely amazing customer service.

Website claims the pieces are…
Website claims the pieces are manufactured and shipped from London however upon ordering and tracking my shipment. It shows its shipping from china. Also, there is another website with the same exact pictures, products and claims, my order hasn’t even arrived and I’m already regretting buying from them. I have already emailed and not gotten any response, please don’t give me an AI generated response and actually work on my case properly. Order number #34821

I didn’t know what to expect
I didn’t know what to expect, I was a bit sceptical about. But , actually but, in the end , I was impressed about how beautiful the necklace can be. To be honest, is special, is perfect. I’ve had my necklace for two months and I was thinking the material will get black or scratch in contact with perfume or after the shower. No , not at all , it remains the same as it was in the first day. I can’t explain how glad I am that I found this website (by mistake to be honest). I said , let’s try, was the best trying I’ve made. Best shop , amazing quality, beautiful piece, a precious one. 🖤🖤love it
