Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your disappointment and sincerely apologize for the frustration and concern this experience has caused. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the delivery timeframe, particularly after selecting DHL Express Shipping and expecting delivery within the estimated 4-8 business day window. We understand how concerning it must have been to see limited movement on the tracking information and then be advised of a longer processing timeframe after contacting customer support. We also understand your comparison to other recent online purchases and how this experience may have affected your confidence in placing future orders with us. Your concerns are completely understandable, and we are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to review your order in detail and provide further assistance. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your Order Number and any additional information regarding your shipment. Our team will be happy to further check and track your order, investigate the delay, and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
