Archie loves Nom Nom Now. He dances at dinner and at breakfast. He loves the variety of his meals and is even more excited to see the box delivered! Archie is a senior and he is so healthy since we started Nom Nom Now. He lost weight and hops and runs when is time to eat. We better feed him on time too! Thank you for your great service. I will be moving soon and will update my address so that we can keep Archie happy with his Nom Nom Now!!!

We have been feeding our Lab Mix Nom Nom Now for over six months. He absolutely loves it. The food is custom-packaged, so he get exactly the right amount of food at every meal. His gut health has vastly improved. Also, the customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend.

Select diet(s) with real, recognizable, whole-food ingredients. If the majority of listed ingredients is unfamiliar to you, do what I did. CHANGE dog food. My dogs had been on several different dried dog foods from well-known dog food companies. Read the label on some of these dry dog foods --one could spend a lifetime looking up each ingredient to see where they come from and nutritionally what they do for your dog and then wonder why your dog is overweight and potentially sick. Now read the label on NOM NOM. You don't need a dictionary or to Google anything on their label to see what the product/nutrients are. My dogs compete in AKC working events. Their nutrition is important to me. Since changing to NOM NOM I have noticed improved energy level, they are at their ideal weight, they have spit polish coats and most importantly their gastrointestinal issues have cleared up. The only complaint I have and I guess more of a nuisance is opening the package. The 'pull here/open here' tab is forever breaking off or the tab is sealed into the heat sealed seam of the package.

What I like about this company is they listen to your issues and find the best solution! Twice I have had to request help...one was we had too much food on hand so they froze my account till I needed more food. That is now and I wasn’t made aware of the need till last minute. This company said no worries we will have to you a.s.a.p.! The food is accepted by the fussiest eater ever! Thank you so much!

I have never had a worse experience with any business in my entire life. I am not even going to start with the poor quality of the food they are hyping up on their website. The highlight of this nightmare was that they don't honor the refund policy they have on their website. This is basically fraud. When you call the customer service, you will encounter someone who tries to spin the situation as best as they can, and if you call them out on it they start talking about how they feel like they are being disrespected, and try to pull the conversation to whole another direction. It was text-book gaslighting.

I have been feeding my dog George NomNom for over a year now and I have no complaints. George rarely gets ear infections anymore and the deliveries are always on time!

My puppy Maisie and I both enjoy Nom Nom. She is always very excited when it is time to get it out of the fridge, she know which drawer is hers. She was eating raw food when we got her and her breath has become so much better now that she is eating Nom Nom. It also is very nice to have it shipped directly to our house making it so convenient.

My cat loves NomNom to the point that she drives us crazy near meal times. Her coat is so soft now and she has a ton of energy. The food always arrives frozen and it’s portioned perfectly. I would recommend the switch to fresher food if you can afford it!! My only concern is that they are getting rid of the fish recipe (which our cat prefers) and changing the chicken recipe. I am somewhat anxious that the new recipes won’t be as well received.
