Looks like a great product, but my pup was allergic to the recipe. I was told that to receive a refund, I would need to have my pup eat the food for a full 30-days. This doesn't make any sense at all given I would waste more food in the process and put my pup at risk. If you have a dog with food allergies, be mindful that you may not be able to qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee.

Food always comes on time. Our Dog loves the food, the variety. Our dog is 7 years old, retains a good weight and remains energetic. We are happy to give her fresh food that is balanced for dogs.

My little Rosie get dry food in her bowl and nibbled when she wants. When I get Nomnom out to feed her, her tail and body starts shaking excitedly. She a standard wiener dog, 15yrs old. First of all, there are many good things about the cat food, if the company had a real quality control department if would survive. The problems have compounded; the chicken pieces are huge for a cat. One has to cut up the food, too many carrots (a filler) which of course we know cats don't eat quantities of carrots and have a difficult time digesting them. There is also a white vegetable found in the fish, some pieces are as large a quarters. The final straw is the weight; I have a gram scale, plus I have retired from the grocery industry. If any of our scales in the store were incorrect, there would be a huge fine. I weighed her food, some packages were underweight by as much as 40 grams, half the total weight. The weights variation was from 20 - 40 grams off. At first, it didn't bother me, then it happened again, I called and I felt I was talking to someone reading a script. Did she understanding how severe this issue is? I have reach a point of reporting them to the Weight & Measure. It is a shame.

Every time there has been an issue, for example, a late delivery with the dog food extremely warm to touch, nomnom replaced the order without question. When I call for customer service, tbey are always friendly, and able to answer questions. Keep up the customer service!

I have a ckd and diabetic cat and he is really enjoying his Nomnom, since he has been on this food he feels better, took him for a dental and his bloodwork was better (kidney values) he is feeling better in all ways, thank you and would recommend
