I'm not saying that this isn't a good product. However, the delivery/shipping sucks and has prevented me from even using the product regularly!! I have and continue to purchase Farmers Dog and Ollies. I think the quality is comparable to Nom Nom. But Farmers Dog and Ollies freeze each pack of food individually so they arrive easy to separate, stack and retrieve from the freezer, one pack at a time. Nom Nom comes with six packs strapped together with 6 to 8 rubber bands. The six packages are stuck together in a solid ROCK!! You can't separate them without thawing all six packs. You can't even get the rubber bands off because they are pressed so tightly in to the soft foods folds before being frozen for shipment. I have tried throwing the brick against the floor and even on to the concrete sidewalk and they won't break apart. Once I tried thawing them and then re-freezing 3 packages because Non Nom recommends that thawed packs only be kept in the frig for 5 days. The refrozen packs made my dog sick. Why can't Nom Nom freeze and deliver the food in the same manner as Farmers Dog and Ollies. I have tons of Nom Nom in my freezer because they are just a hassle to deal with.

I’ve been a Nom Nom customer for 2-3 years. Their food is expensive compared to other fresh dog foods, but I thought it was worth it as Murphy enjoys it. The issue I have with this company is their customer service. It’s awful in my opinion. So bad, I’m thinking of trying a different brand. They give a date for delivery and based on my experience it’s a best guess. When you go on their website and change the delivery date you may or may not receive. It’s very annoying especially when you change because you’re not going to be home to receive the food. Customer service is of no help. I think the product is good but service is lousy based on my experiences. If it was just one time, then ok, but it’s been multiple for me.

The box is always in bad condition and the packaging of the food is odd, the packages are bundled up with rubber bands and they are frozen together and make it challenging to store them in my freezer. I also am getting the food too quickly and I have no room for all of these packages!

Both of my first deliveries were a day late. I explained this last incident in full detail, on a direct questionnaire from Nom Nom. Unfortunately, I never got a response. I had been communicating with Javier. Not willing to spend any more time on this SAME ISSUE AGAIN. :-(

My Siberian husky mix doesn’t like any of the three flavors he’s tried and he often refuses to eat them. Also, I find it extremely frustrating that they bind multiple meal packs together (with the thickest rubber bands I’ve ever seen!) before they’re frozen. That means the soft packs are all smushed together such that they can’t be pried apart without thawing the whole bunch! Once in a while I get lucky and can pry one off the bunch to thaw it separately, but more often then not that doesn’t happen. It’s crazy that the packs aren’t frozen separately!

I keep asking for the beef and I don't get it.

My package was melted everything including ice packs and destroyed Nom Nom box ( I got the Fedex box when this package arrived first time),bursted a few meals. Also when I got the new delivery that was melted too. I think this brand has to improve packaging and delivery. Ice packs are not safe anymore in this weather. So complicated if you resend a package I should pickup two times and throw out to garbage. That’s too heavy.

I ordered 50% chicken and 50% turkey for my very 1st shipment. I got 0% turkey and Nom not sure when they would be resume turkey shipment. No reason provided.
