I have been feeding my dog NomNom for 2 years. At first it was great. Really fresh food with lots of meat. About a year ago things really went downhill & the food is now 90% vegetables and no longer smells fresh. This is not a discrepancy with one order. It has been every order for an entire year. The food I received this week was the worst yet, with most of the bags of chicken containing 1-2 small bits of chicken and 20 chunks of sweet potato. My dog does not digest the sweet potatoes or carrots since they arent cooked enough, so whats the point in adding them? Its just cheap filler. My dog is also steadily gaining weight despite only eating NomNom (no treats, daily exercise). The amount of food in each bag varies so widely even though they are supposed to be "pre portioned". I have to weigh each meal & its just too much of a hassle when paying for convenience. I would strongly dissuade anyone from buying this food for their dog. There are much better fresh food options available with an appropriate amount of protein. Nomnom is just really expensive bags of vegetables.

LOVE NomNom!! My dog had terrible digestive issues when she was 4 months old. Switched her food multiple times, got medicine to try, nothing worked. Finally, after months & months of trying different things I did research and learned the benefits of fresh food for dogs. So, I decided to give it a try. From the first week of NomNom, she had NO diarrhea or vomiting, and 10 months later she’s still going strong!

I am extremely happy with Nom Nom and, most importantly, MY DOGS ARE TOO! I often recommend a book titled Canine Nutrigenomics to people. A vet turned me onto it years ago when my dog was having allergy issues. It forever changed the way I feed my dogs. I was alternating between tuna, salmon, chicken, beef, a variety of fresh vegetables, rice, etc. Not only was I spending a crazy amount of time in cooking, prep and shopping, I was spending lots of money and time at the grocery store. I decided to try NomNom and found that my dogs (even my picky puppy) LOVE it! It diminished my shopping & prep time, and the cost is about the same. While feeding dogs this way is expensive (& is a common argument against it), evidence shows that an investment in high quality dog nutrition on the front end can prevent costly vet bills & poorer quality of life for our fur babies later on. You sent my chihuahuas cat food in the chicken recipe. I thought it was different packaging maybe different recipe. I haven’t heard anything about the message I left. The dogs like it but I don’t know how good it is for them too rich I’m sure Well the company took care of the problem . They’re sending me the right food and I get to donate the cat food! I’m satisfied and so are the babies!

Amazing customer service and amazing food! In fact, it's the ONLY brand of food my cat will eat! So glad I found them!

My pups love the food, website is easy to navigate and food has good price point. I have dealt w customer service and they have been quick to respond and resolved issue quickly. Overall great product and I look forward to new products.
