Beau loves your food and is doing very well on it. I've rate 5 stars, but I don't like the packaging. It's not very user friendly. It's hard to tear apart, and sometimes it can't be torn apart at all because the pull tab is also sealed. Then I get out the scissors to cut it open. After that, I have to clean the scissors because now they are goopy from the food. Make more user friendly packaging, and I'll rate five-stars.

My Italian Greyhound is VERY picky. This is the only food that she will consistently eat. That being said, there has been some inconsistency in the size of the food pouches. One seems "normal" and the next pouch has less food than the last. I hope that this does not continue, I will reach out to customer service if so. Otherwise, we have been satisfied Nom Nom Now costomers for about 2 years!

The service is a great idea but quality control is a big pain point. Portions are all over the place. We started weighing the pouches after a month and found them to be up to 30% over weight, or 10% under in more than a handful of instances. The pouches of food themselves also leak half of the time and leave a huge mess in the fridge. Customer service also leaves a bit to be desired. No replies to inquiry about this product discrepancy or confirmation of cancellation (which has to be done via phone or email to discourage cancellation) Food was good, dog enjoyed. But the service was not worth the high cost.

I wish I had known about NomNom a long time ago. My oldest dog is almost 18 now and was starting to go downhill. A friend who does Basset rescue gave me a raw recipe she uses for her dogs and I tried it and found it made a huge difference in both her eating and energy level. I just didn't have time to keep making it. When I found NomNom, it was almost the same recipe but without the work. Now I just have to open a package, put it in her dish and mix her medications and suppliments in, add a little water and it's made her like a puppy again. We always took long walks but she was down to going out and taking care of business and then straight back inside. Now I can walk about a mile with her, her coat is shiny again. My other dog also loves it but she loves anything that can go in her mouth. I wasn't sucessful with the cats. They don't like fish in any form. So to get their medications into them, I have to give them a little wet food and crush the meds unless they're liquid or power and mix it in unless I want to get clawed. I'm hoping NomNom comes up with a minced food for cats that isn't fish.

BEWARE: Nom Nom Almost killed my cat! I switched my cats food to Nom Nom with the intentions of bettering her health and improving her life/longevity (with the thought that Nom Nom was high quality and clean ingredients.) Well, my experience was the exact opposite... After my cat ate Nom Nom for approximately 2 weeks she ended up hospitalized and rushed to the vet, after she began refusing to eat or drink water for 4 days straight. My cat got sick from a food-borne illness/bacteria, which caused her to develop Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), caused from her ingesting/consuming Nom Nom food. The food was spoiled and contaminated. Within the first few days of feeding her Nom Nom, my cat began throwing up her food after every meal (which was very unusual and was not happening with her previous food). She was also throwing up whole chunks of carrots and cantaloupe that are ingredients in the recipes. The chronic throwing up turned into her stools turning yellow and then refusing to eat/drink, to becoming hospitalized. The second box of Nom Nom that was delivered to me was room temperature/not cold, which were also spoiled and harbored bacteria that made her sick... I explained all this to Nom Nom's not so helpful customer service team who refused to take any responsibility or reimbursement for my vet bill; which is crazy considering this whole situation is completely their fault and their food is the culprit. Nothing else changed in her life and the food was clearly what made her sick (hence the fact that she has gut inflammation and bacterial infection) which was treated with a course of antibiotics, medications and steroids. I wish I would have done my homework and looked into Nom Nom more before subscribing and feeding this to my cat. Please read all of the other 1 star reviews on Trustpilot (sharing so many similar experiences). Please stay away from this horrible company! Tons of other reviews reporting that their pets ended up in the vet, sick or worse from eating this food, on top of receiving thawed and not cold packaged upon delivery. TONS of other horrible issues on top of shady business practices. If you love your pet STAY AWAY FROM NOM NOM!!!!

My dog absolutly loves this food. I recognize every single ingredient and know he is getting very high quality. The delivery is extremely convenient. I have been very happy and recommended NomNom to another family member and she said her dog loves it too. I expect to be a long time customer.

This food is amazing my dogs love it. The food comes packaged well. The box is insulated so if you don't get home right away the food is still frozen. It is easy to make changes to your order with no hassle. My dogs will be on this food for life.
