Great product quality. My dog's coat is better and he has more balanced energy through out the day. Was well worth the switch from dry kibble. One drawback is that I have had a couple of deliveries where the bundling of the packaging was quite a mess. Didn't impact food at all but when bundling is not great makes freezer storage a pain. Customer service has always been top notch and fast when I have reached to them for assistance.

The customer service is horrible. I had gotten a two week trial of this food. It got delivered later than it was supposed to and I was on vacation. I had to find a neighbor who was able to store all of the food for me. I decided not to complain though. A week and a half later I received an email that my next order shipped. While I understand this is a subscription service, I was never made aware that my next order was going to be shipping soon or that I could make changes. Customer service said you have to log on to their website in order to view this information, but who has time to constantly check the website? They also told me I received this info in a welcome email (which I didn't). Since it was over $200 worth of food and it had already shipped, I asked if they would refund me 50% since I referred a friend a few days ago. I told them I would give her name and email address so they can look her up. They did not care that I couldn't afford $230 of dog food when my freezer is already filled with their food. They also did not care that I referred a friend because I did not go through the "proper" steps of referring someone. They ended up refunding me 30%. I was extremely disappointed because they were really not willing to help me at all. I had to call and email multiple times before finally getting someone to offer me 30% back. I have used many other fresh dog food companies, but I like to try new ones every few months. I have had GREAT experience with Ollies, Pet Plate, and others. The food was ALWAYS sent on time, I always received an email before each shipment that allowed me to change the shipment date, freeze my account, etc., AND they have great customer service. When I had to call and cancel or freeze my account, they were super friendly and helpful. I got an extremely bad vibe after dealing with this company and truthfully, I don't even want to feed my dogs this food anymore. It seems like they are just worried about making money and that's it. I will definitely not be ordering from here again, and I know my friend plans on cancelling her plan too after this.

One of my pups needs to have a more balanced diet that way dry dog food can offer and Nom Nom Now has that. I started our second dog on Nom Nom as soon as we got her and her coat still feels puppy soft and she is 3 years old.

My Ollie was where I started and that’s where I’m heading back to. First the order is delayed for order one. Order two was due today by 9pm (mind you the food ran out yesterday because it’s a 2 week transition) and I’m being told it was due to be delivered today. Other services driver before the food runs out - would you like to fast until 9 pm? Come to find out, I track it and it’s now not delivered until tomorrow by 9 pm! I call for the second time and was offered the same thing as the first rep - food in the next box for free. Do you guys not have dogs? Do you not get that I can’t just switch food like that today and go buy another brand because of your incompetence in logistics? I speak to the supervisor and I’m told that she can refund half the box. I wanted it cancelled and refunded and to be done with it. I don’t want it after sitting in a box for at least two days. Would you eat food in a box for two days? Probably not. I asked for a manager and conveniently none are available until Monday. No planning - no remorse. Don’t be sorry for my frustrations, fix them.

Food is packaged well. Arrives frozen, appears to be great quality food. Dog loves it and it’s good for him.
