NOMATICReviews of nomatic.com

I am an IT Consultant and for years have been a Briggs, Tumi and Evergoods customer. I must say this Backpack is just what I was looking for during my travel. I love the many pockets and options this bag offers. Great product so far.

Accidentally created an order and Brie was able to handle cancelling the order and return quickly and effectively, no questions asked. I am a huge fan of the products and will support NOMATIC now and into the future. Quality and functional products! Well done!!

NOMATIC is a company I 100% trust and depend on. I first became familiar with them through a Kickstart campaign they made for their first bag, and I've been a loyal customer and fan ever since. Their customer service is unparalleled, and their products are amazing. Just today on my purchase of my 11th NOMATIC product, I forgot to enter in a discount code when I placed my order. I emailed the company right away, and within 3 minutes had a response back that Brie, one of their reps, had refunded me the value of the code. Just like that. It's that kind of service and loyalty you don't find with many retailers. So 5 VERY BIG stars for NOMATIC. Their products and their customer service can't be beat

Great product. This my third purchase from Nomatic. The bags look great and the storage space is amazing and easy to carry. The backpack is great. The only thing I would like added to this bag would be a shoulder strap when you have it in a briefcase setup. Highly recommend these products and well worth the price.

Was looking forward to purchasing a number travel backpacks except the international shipping rate is excessive. The cost of shipping is more than half the price of the products even for the most basic shipping method. I frequently purchase goods with international shipping but this is an extreme cost. Very unlikely to purchase or recommend. Customer service advised it was due to too many items being lost when shipped but it is still a cheap shipping methods so it makes no sense.

I've bought 7 pieces of Nomatic products within the last year & a half for my everyday use, as well as my personal & business trips. I have the Check-In & Carry-On Pro roller luggage, Everyday Backpack, Tech Case, 6L Sling, Toiletry bag 2.0 & Laundry bag. All products are made with high quality materials and lots of functionality. I highly recommend their products

Nomatic's customer service was quick to respond to my questions and very friendly.

Gave me great service. Turned a bad situation a lot better with their swift response by their customer support team.
