NOMATICReviews of nomatic.com

I was very excited to receive my travel backpack and I can not say enough about it. On top of the bag being wonderful, customer service was a wonderful to work with and the quick turn around made my mind at easy. Thank you Nomatic.

Awesome customer support. Very fast to respond, Very helpful and professional in all aspects. Dedicated to customer satisfaction. Very pleasant to deal with compared to many other companies. Above and beyond expectations.

Solid customer support - professional and efficient. Easy communication. In total, a very pleasant buying experience.

Update: I received the large bag and it’s GREAT! It fits my Sonicare brush and all my usual travel stuff. Very happy with my choice! I ordered the Small Toiletry Bag from Amazon, because it was listed as out of stock at Nomatic. While the finish and quality of the bag was great, I realized it was a bit too small for my Sonicare Brush and some of my travel items. Though the normal Amazon return process wouldn't allow me to return for store credit (and avoid the return shipping fee), after emailing info@nomatic, their team was able to work such a return. Not only that but they worked with me on ordering the Large bag at a slight discount for my troubles, even though "I" was the one who ordered the wrong product. I'd specifically like to give a shout out to Brie O, who was not only helpful but extremely quick with her email responses. It's a pleasure dealing with a company that truly value's their customer's experience.

Brilliant, durable and gear by Nomatic. I own the 30L travel backpack. Perfect travel companion.

I bought a messenger bag about 1.5 years ago. The shoulder strap latch tore off from the bag. I started a warranty claim. Customer service was very helpful and speedy and replacing by messenger bag.

To begin, i ran into a similar problem as some previous reviewers stated about receiving a notice “that there is an exception with your address “ and you need to contact FedEx. I agree this is alarming especially with the other reviews. There is no customer service phone either and emails are vague. I was able to get ahold of someone on the Nomatic Facebook page though and everything went fine. I received my order in the expected time frame and am really happy with these camera bags! I am extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship & design. There is nothing else on the market today that can compare.

Truly the most functional gear, ever!
