Sam Fash was quick to respond to my questions. He helped me understand the issue I was having and actually fixed my issue. He was the only one who actually fixed my issue after I was having trouble getting anyone else to fix it. I would highly recommend Sam Fash as an great helper.

“Logan Smith” (Definitely not his real name.) insisted that I leave a review. Well, be careful what you ask for. NOMAD should read the room and go out of business. Reselling USED Verizon equipment as new. Having your entire phone system go down for months. Double billing people. Unspecified fees out of nowhere. Inconsistent customer service. Not to mention actually getting sued by an entire state for bad business practices! Luckily, I don’t trust any companies these days. So I set up a “shadow” credit card. Basically you put only the money you want to spend in it so they can’t just randomly charge you. So first, it too forever to actually get the modem. Even though it was only supposed to take 7 to 10 business days.(it actually took 32 days) Next, the service. I paid for 120 speed. My actual speed was 17….17!!! I did everything they said. Move the box to different parts of the house. Reset the box. Let them reset it from their end, all failed. It was clearly time to move on. BUT THEY WOULD NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. Email after email of “We can fix this..” or “You could upgrade for only $499…” or “Let’s set up a call to do some trouble shooting…” no. No. NO! Cancel it. ..all that happened late 2023 to Feb 2024. It’s now March 26, 2025. I have received billing emails, demands and promotions from them constantly this entire time! So I guess recently they reinvented themselves for the third time and now have new procedures in place. But, alas it’s still the same company. I got 3 threatening emails about pay or else so I called today and got “Logan Smith.” After explaining several times that I just wanted a shipping label to send their box back, he told me that I had to create a new account just so I could cancel it. That once I did, it would automatically create a shipping label for me. Well it didn’t. And the screen stayed on “Generating your label” at which point he said he would do it manually. SHEESH!!! Take my advice: Get Starlink! Use shadow credit card services so you don’t get robbed. There’s your review LOGAN.
